मैत्री ज्ञानसंरचनावादाशी is very Good book, is a helping hand for those teachers who doesn't understand the meaning and importance of constructivism. This book is not only useful for teachers but also for teacher educators and pupil teachers.
ReplyDeleteLanguage of this book is easy, those terms which makes some complication are explained at last is the attribute of this book. There is sufficient explanation about constructivism, maximum examples are given and theories related to constructivism, difference between behaviorism and constructivism is also explained nicely. In short arrangement of content is well.
Most important that I like in this book is starting i.e. exercise given for reader which makes interest in the reading and gives some idea about constructivism. I think this single book can satisfied all the needs of teachers who scared about constructivism.
One thing I wish to tell is, there is same example of math’s is repeated 2 times (example of compound interest) instead of this there should be one abstract example either science or math.

ReplyDelete1. The name of book मैत्री ज्ञानसंरचनावादाशी helps to set readers mind that constructivism is not as hard as they think.
2. The starting of book with example, theories of scientist helps reader to understand the meaning & need of constructivism.
3. The quotation and exercise increase the interest of reading.
4. The queries which come during the reading of 1st & 2nd chapter immediately answered in 3rd chapter.
5. The comparison between behaviorist and constructivist teacher helps behaviorist teacher to understand that which changes he/she should do for becoming facilitator.
6. Explanations of evaluation and lesson notes are guideline for every teacher.
7. Content of the book helps to achieve the goal of writers.
8. The blog name इये ज्ञानसंरचनावादाचिये नगरी is nice one.
What I suggest......
1. There should be any topic/ chapter for parents to explain how they should help their child to learn any formal or informal experience in constructivist way.
2. The role of school Principal & Management for constructivist curriculum should be explained deeply.
3. The copy of book should be in English too.

मैत्री ज्ञानसंरचनावादाशी is excellent book .is helpful for teacher & students also. Language of this book is easy, clean & neat.
ReplyDeleteContent arrangement itself increase the interest in reading i.e exercise for reader, theories, lots of examples, comparison between behaviorism & constructivism, lesson planes etc.
Lesson planes are given on all most all the subjects which will help to take lesson on different topics.
Pictures increase curiosity and interest and gives idea about constructivism. The thought process of constructivist teacher & behaviorist teacher is shown nicely with the help of pictures.
This single and small book is nicely explains the meaning of constructivism.
